If Ad-Aware finishes removing all items without asking you to run on startup, your done! Click the "Finish" button located in the bottom-right and then close Ad-Aware.

*A note on updating Ad-Aware:

Ad-Aware runs very much like your virus scanner does. Because of which, it too needs to be updated on a regular basis. In fact, updates for Ad-Aware come out almost every day!

To update Ad-Aware, start the program and click on the area that says "Check for updates now", twoards the bottom-right side of the window (but above the "Start" button).

A smaller window will appear that lists version information about your copy of Ad-Aware. To update, you must be connected to Missvalley! Click the "Start" button at the bottom-right of this window to begin updating. A progress bar will show how much of the update you have downloaded. If you are on dial-up, expect the update to take about 5 minutes. When the update is done, the "Finish" button will appear in the bottom-right of the window, click it to finish updating.

We suggest updating and running Ad-Aware at least once every week, to keep your computer running the best it can!
