How to set up your Friends settings for your SPAM protection

-Friends settings allow email address that you choose to come through to you no matter what SPAM settings you have chosen on the server. It's always a good idea to enter all of your known friends and family's email address in your friends list so that they are not bothered with being possibly rejected due to your SPAM settings.

1) Log into WebMail just like you did when you set up your Server SPAM Settings. Click on again to get into your Server SPAM settings page.

2) Click on so that you can enter the friends settings page:

Enter your friends, family, and all email address that you want to come to you without problems into this list. Each person added to your friends list is allowed to bypass your SPAM settings that you have configured earlier. So if you're worried that your sister sends you alot of jokes or forwards you sale ads from email and that they might be blocked, add their email address in your friends list, and you won't have to worry about them being blocked.

If you have added someone who you no longer want in your friends list, simply put a checkmark next to their email address and the click "Delete".

If you prefer to have everyone added to your friends list (not reccomended) or if you wish to add everyone that YOU send mail to to your friends list automatically, click the settings below the list: Anything that is in your sent items in WebMail will be added to your friends list. If you do not normally use WebMail, this feature will not do you much good. Most people do not use these settings.

3) Actions: These are advanced settings which we will get into in another guide. For now, do not use these settings, they will be explained at a later date. Keep an eye on our website documentation for more info.
