Training Center

Beginning in 2000 we started developing a training center that will help in attaining an ISO rating of 4. Now we have on our training site a drill tower, smoke building and a car to simulate car fires. Other additions that we are planning to add are a burn pit and a propane tank to simulate propane fire emergencies.

Our drill tower is a 3 story structure

Our smoke building is a single story 24' X 24' structure. The structure has been divided up into 4 rooms. There are 2 doors that can be closed that acts as walls so that the firefighters can be forced to go one way or the other or with both doors open they can make their own choice. We have included a cut out on the top so that ventilation can be practiced also (see photo).
