LOCATION:   Rainer Ranch, Huntsville, MO  

FEES:                   Pre-register before August 15, 2010 and save 10%
  $42.50 – Adult  
$17.50 – Youth 6-18  (Under 6 free}
$95 – Family rate (2 adults, 2 children)

$10 – Each additional child (Family rate)

$35 – Group or affiliate member rate (6 or more riders)
There is a 10 percent discount (Trail Ride Fees) for pre-registration by August 15, 2010.
                  Fees include the use of the facilities all weekend.

To attend Dinner, Dance & Auction ONLY (Sept. 11, 2010)

Saddle up and explore 2000 acres of  scenic, horse-friendly trails with the 14th annual AQHA charity ride event hosted by Robbie & Tesia Rainer. Open to all breeds and disciplines with several levels of trails to suit every rider. 
Scheduled trail ride and meals on Saturday, September 11th. Arrive early, stay late and enjoy the use of the facility all weekend at no additional charge. Fun for the entire family. There will be live entertainment, an auction, door prizes, cowboy poker ride and seminars. You must pre-register to attend.

But this is more than just a trail ride. Other events include ...............

5th annual Extreme Cowboy Adventure. This is a timed event through obstacles that will require extraordinary horsemanship skills. As always there will be prize money. Fun to participate and fun to watch. Competition will take place over three days. Participation will be limited to 15 riders each day.
Friday, September 10 * Saturday, September 11, 2010.
Friday-Saturday Place winnings: 1st - $150   2nd - $100    3rd - $50.
Finals will be held on Sunday, September 12th.   

Prizes for Finals on Sunday to include 60% payback of entry fees plus ADDED MONEY
along with trophy Belt Buckles.
Entry Fee: $100.00 per horse & rider. This will include one adult fee for Trail Ride.

DIRECTIONS:  From Moberly – Junction 63 & 24. Take Hwy 24 West for approximately 7 miles to the Huntsville C & D exit.
At the top of the ramp, take a left to the first road that turns to the right (Route D). Travel approximately 3 miles to a
Route BB and take a right to the first gravel road on the left. Follow gravel to the site -– approximately 2 miles ahead.

RENTAL HORSES:  No     

STALLS AVAILABLE: (Book yours early  - these are going fast).

*Electrical hookups  Electrical fees:$25.00 per campsite for weekend.
*RV hookups/  Fee is $50.00 per campsite for weekend.
*Stalls: $8.00 per night  (very limited availability) 
*Pens: $5.00 per night. Pens are for 2 or more horses.  Several sizes available.

FACILITIES AVAILABLE:  
Primitive camping-Shower house &  restrooms on site. Water for horses and trailer tie-up/picket lines are permitted.

HORSE HEALTH REQUIREMENTS: Negative Coggins must be presented upon check-in.

RESTRICTIONS:  NO DOGS  -   NO STALLIONS
