TUESDAY 7/19 TO SATURDAY 7/26

GUIDELINES:
The Fair Welcomes Patrons to Come and Share their talents or Wares at the County Fair.
Use this form to register for a food, craft, or specialty booth. Each booth space is "Open air", electricity is available. No indoor or covered space is available. Booths must be over 100 feet from any of the barns. Booths must have wooden or tarp flooring and mesh sides. Food permits MUST contact the Randolph County Health Department at 660-263-6643 or at 432 East Logan Street, P.O. Box 488, Moberly, Missouri 65270

Checks should be made payable to:
Randolph County Fair Board, 2009 County Fair

1. 10 X 10 SPACE Per Day $10.00 x _______ days
