Your username: The first part of your email address (without the @missvalley.com).

Example: If your email address is johndoe@missvalley.com your username is johndoe.

Your password: This is the password you gave Missvalley to set up your Internet account, if you do not remember it give Missvalley a call and we'll help you. Many people save their password and then later forget what it was, just give one of our friendly technicians a call.
